Homemade Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
6 cups Boiling Water
1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz)
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
First, start boiling 6 cups of water.
In a medium saucepan, add the sweetened condensed milk, salt, and cocoa. Stir until combined.
Once the water is boiled, combine it with the cocoa mixture and stir until dissolved. Add the vanilla and serve hot.
Serving suggestions
We like to put marshmallows, whipped cream, and mini chocolate chips in our cocoa. Also, some like to stir theirs with a candy cand for a minty twist. Pairs well with shortbread cookies!
